Abstract
Current earthquake management procedures rely heavily on manual methods.
These methods fall short in managing the aftermath of large-scale disasters. This article identifies the technical issues required to implement a software-assisted disaster management system. To the best of our knowledge, an original study proposing an 'end-to-end' process-automation based disaster management system has not yet found itsplace in the literature.
