Seminar and research cooperation with the Universidade Federal de São Carlos on Disaster Management Systems

Mehmet Akşit visited one of the leading universities the Universidade Federal de São Carlos Brazil, gave a seminar and met several research groups and students for cooperation.

It was truly an excellent visit in all aspects. With a team of professors, the group also visited the local authorities over disaster management. Plans are made to meet also the federal authorities. The visit was a news in the local media:
